Features
Start a habit-free streak and try to keep it alive - the app checks in with you every day to help you stay accountable and motivated. Earn a 💎 for every habit-free day.

Start small. Set a habit-free challenge for 1 hour, 3 hours, or the rest of the day. During that window, you actively try to resist the habit - and when it ends, you'll get a nudge to log how it went. Earn a 💎 for every habit-free hour

Log your habit whenever it happens. Capture the situation, emotion, urge level, notes & habit count. Over time, the app learns your patterns. The simple act of opening the app to log can itself help break habit-loops.

Uncover your top triggers - the situations and emotions that drive your habit most. For most people, the majority of habit happens in just a handful of recurring moments. Once you know yours, you can start making small changes that have a big impact.

This is a short mindfulness practice that guides you to turn your attention toward the urge rather than away from it - embracing it, noticing it, and focusing on your breathing. The idea is that by practicing over time, the automatic connection between the urge and the pulling starts to loosen.

Answer a one simple question every evning: how much did the habit occur today? It takes just a few seconds, but doing it daily builds a picture of your progress over time. We'll send you a reminder each evening to help you keep track

I've tried to stop my BFRB habit many times and it didn't really work.. Why should I try SoloUno?
Most habit apps assume you can just stop. With BFRBs, it's rarely that simple.
We know this from personal experience, and it's why SoloUno isn't built around quitting cold turkey - it's built around creating habit-free periods when you can, and reducing the habit as much as possible the rest of the time. The goal is small, daily wins that make the process feel manageable, motivating, and even rewarding.
Can the app be used for any habit or addiction?
While SoloUno was built with BFRBs in mind, it can be used for any negative behavior or habit you want to change. That said, the app does not constitute medical advice and is not a substitute for professional treatment. For any health-related condition or addiction, we recommend consulting a qualified healthcare professional.
Can other users see my habit?
No.
Your habit will not be visible to other users.
If you'd prefer not to name it at all, you can also choose to keep it private during signup.
I'm already in therapy, can I use the app alongside it?
Yes.
SoloUno was built to support the kind of daily practice that CBT and HRT therapy rely on: tracking your habit, logging triggers, and building awareness between sessions. Over time, the app analyzes your habit patterns and helps you uncover your most common triggers, situations, and emotions — giving you rich, real data to bring into your therapy sessions and discuss with your therapist.
Is SoloUno still useful after therapy ends?
SoloUno was built to support the kind of daily practice that CBT and HRT therapy rely on: tracking your habit, logging triggers, and building awareness between sessions. So whether you're currently in therapy or have finished, the app enables you to keep practicing and maintain your progress.
Is SoloUno available on both mobile and desktop?
Yes.
SoloUno is available on both mobile and desktop. Simply go to app.solouno.io and log in to your account. Using the web version is especially handy when you're at work or school and your computer is already in front of you.
